Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website webdxp.com and your engagement of services from WebDXP. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

WebDXP provides WooCommerce and e-commerce website design, development, redesign, optimization, integration, and maintenance services for businesses, primarily targeting clients across Texas, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, and North Carolina, though we may accept clients from other regions at our discretion.

2. Project Engagement & Written Agreement

No paid work begins without a separate, written Service Agreement signed or confirmed in writing (including via email) by both WebDXP and the client. That agreement will specify the project scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, payment schedule, and revision policy specific to your project. These Terms of Service do not themselves constitute that agreement.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing displayed on our website (Starter, Growth, Enterprise plans) is indicative and may be adjusted based on project scope, as confirmed in your individual Service Agreement and invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

4. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, to be quoted before work proceeds.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary content (text, images, product information), timely feedback, and access to hosting/domain accounts where applicable. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered website files and custom design created specifically for their project. WebDXP retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Third-party themes, plugins, and stock assets remain subject to their own original licenses.

7. Post-Launch Support

Support windows (14 to 30 days depending on plan) cover bug fixes related to our original work. They do not cover new feature requests, content changes, or issues caused by third-party plugin updates, hosting changes, or client-made edits after handover.

8. Limitation of Liability

WebDXP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered website, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or third-party service outages (hosting, payment gateways, plugins).

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be specified in your individual Service Agreement, as they may vary based on work already completed at the time of cancellation.

10. Governing Communication

WebDXP primarily communicates with clients via email and WhatsApp. Clients are responsible for monitoring these channels for project updates and approval requests.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
